During your assessment session, your posture, flexibility, strength, and muscle balance will be analysed along with your goals and medical history. A personalised program will be created for you of Pilates exercises which you will incorporate into your subsequent two private sessions.

Private Pilates sessions are for those who will benefit from one-on-one instruction. This may well suit you if you have acute pain or a recent injury, need to address a complex chronic condition or require personal or private scheduling.
