    Pilates equipment

    All of the wide range of Pilates equipment is incorporated into your workout and used as tools for your benefit.   You will be able to get all the benefits of Pilates repertoire in all its variations – you will never be bored!

    • Many people are now familiar with the Pilates reformer – a moving platform with springs and straps you can lie on, stand on, kneel on.  We love the reformer and you will use this many times.
    • But there are times when the best option is to work on a mat or standing, using gravity and your body weight, perhaps with small props like balls and circles.  This also gives you tools to take home or on your travels.

     

     

    • Or the Pilates Trapeze Table (Cadillac), with its bars and springs in different directions, gets you working with different vectors of resistance and support to improve your stability and strength.

     

     

     

    • The Pilates Wunda Chair can provide the most challenging exercises in the repertoire as it throws you off balance, forcing you to marshal your stabilisers to maximum effect.  It can also be kind, helping you stretch and release effectively.
