Natasha began her Pilates journey around 13 years ago with Larissa Kelloway at Spring Pilates. Over the years she has trained at various studios including Leeon Studio Pilates, Movement Collective/Pilates International, Pleiades Pilates, Northern Sports Physiotherapy Clinic, Crows Nest Clinical Pilates, The Pilates Centre Mosman, and Vass and Shaw Pilates. This has informed her respect for the breadth of what Pilates has to offer, and the varied approaches that Instructors may take with their clients.
Natasha has experienced Pilates pre-natal and post-natal, injured and rehabilitating and while fit and healthy. The thing she most loves about Pilates is that it meets people where they’re at and helps them to get moving. And she firmly believes that movement is good for the mind, body and soul.
Natasha has completed the Certificate IV in Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology through Tensegrity Training, and is soon to obtain her Diploma. She is committed to keeping abreast of the latest developments in Pilates, most recently attending workshops on using Pilates to improve shoulder biomechanics and prevent injuries.
