Katrina has been a qualified Pilates Instructor since early 2010 when she completed her initial training in Sydney through the Australian Pilates Method Association. She currently holds a Diploma in Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology and is a member of the A.P.M.A.
Katrina aligns her teaching with the Pilates Principles, as well as keeping up-to-date with new ideas and developments in the Pilates and associated disciplines. She aims to assist her clients in gaining a greater awareness of their bodies and correcting faulty movement patterns. Katrina believes that mindful movement is key to a happy and healthy mind and body.
