    Booking FAQ

    We’ve put in place a few simple rules so our booking system can be as fair as possible to everyone, We apply these consistently so you know where you stand and our instructors can prepare for their classes with you:

    We use the MindBody system to manage our classes and studio sessions and to keep track of your payments and unused sessions.  Using the system directly yourself gives you the flexibility to book, pay, change classes at your convenience.  You can find the web version through the Bookings tab on this website.  Alternatively, download the MindBody app from the App Store or Google Play and search for Wellcentred in North Sydney.

    If you are experiencing difficulty booking at any time, simply email focused@wellcentred.com.au and we will do it for you as soon as possible.

    1. Use a web browser and not the MindBody mobile app.
    2. Go to https://clients.mindbodyonline.com
    3.  Search for Wellcentred and click on the Wellcentred Logo. You will be directed to a login page.
    4. Click on continue to the site without logging in
    5. Create an account using your email address.
    6. Go to MY INFO tab and enter in your Personal Details and your Billing Information
    7. Go to the PURCHASE MY SERVICES tab and select the service you wish to purchase and follow the prompts to checkout.

    Now you are ready to book!

    2.  Search for Wellcentred and click on the Wellcentred Logo. You will be directed to a login page.
    3. Click on continue to the site without logging in

    Now you are ready to book!

    PILATES EQUIPMENT CLASSES TAB

    The “Equpment classes” show a Book Now button, which you click to book yourself in.  It will then take you to the payment section where you can either buy a pack or use a remaining class on an existing pack.

    PRIVATE AND STUDIO SESSIONS TAB

    If you are doing Studio Sessions, go to “Private and Studio Sessions” and choose which sort of session you want.

    You can just click “Search” for all available appointments or narrow your search for the days or instructors you prefer. The next page will show you available teachers and the times available on each day.  Just click the highlighted “book” field and then choose either a single or recurring session.  If the time you want doesn’t show, it probably means it is fully booked

    The My Info/My Bookings page will show your current bookings and allow you to change or cancel them (outside the 24 hour cancellation window).  If you need to change with less than 24 hours, email focused@wellcentred.com.au and we may be able to accommodate you.

    Look for Mindbody app in the Apple or Google Play stores.

    Download and install.

    Create your account in the App using the same email address as in your browser account or that you have given Wellcentred.

    Then search for “Wellcentred” in North Sydney.

    If you already have a MindBody account in the mobile app, you will need to sync your details with Wellcentred as we will not automatically be provided with your Mind Body App details.

    Step 1. Set up your own Wellcentred account through the web browser (see “How do I create my Wellcentred Account?”) or ask us to send you your login details and password, if we have already set up an account for you.

    Step 2.  Once the Wellcentred account is set up, you will need to sync both accounts by going to your mobile app settings in your profile and sending a verification email. The Wellcentred profile should appear in your favourites and you should be ready to go!

    Please note that in order to sync, your email address must be the same in both the Mindbody App and the Wellcentred Account.

    BOOKING

    In the MindBody App an instance of “Wellcentred & Wellcentred Focused”will appear.  Clicking through the “View Schedule” shows two tabs – Classes and Appointments

    Classes

    You can book your Pilates Equipment Class here or through through the Group Timetable on our website page or through your Wellcentred Account in a web browser.

    Appointments

    This is where you select and book your Initial Assessment, Private and Studio Sessions.

    Note that the absence of an available time may indicate they are booked out at that time on that day.

    Payments to Wellcentred Pilates made through MindBody will show up on your bank statement as “EZIDEBIT MB HEALTHFIT FORTITUDE VAL SPORTS & CLUB MEMBERSHIPS”

    If the time you are looking for does not appear, the class is probably fully booked.  You can check if that is the case by looking at the same time a week (or maybe two) out and seeing if that time slot is available.

    Private and Studio Sessions

    For many Studio sessions, regular clients are booked into certain times and you may need to waitlist for a cancellation.  Email us at focused@wellcentred.com.au to let us know.

    Email us, if you require a booking time that is outside of our normal hours, so that an instructor can be scheduled for that time and we can create the booking slot.

    Pilates Equipment Classes

    If you are looking for a Pilates Equipment class and the Book Now button doesn’t appear, the class is probably full. You may be able to waitlist, or you can email us to ask at (focused@wellcentred.com.au)

    Mindbody won’t let you book if you do not have a session already paid.

    You will need to use a web browser to login into your Wellcentred MindBody account.

    From there you can purchase the service you are after from the PURCHASE MY SERVICES tab and then you will be able to book your classes.

    If you are unsure what which is the right service,  you can email the studio (focused@wellcentred.com.au) and we will call you to discuss the classes/sessions and packages.

    We can manually accept payment and book you in from there and next time it will be working for you.

    If you’re on a class or session pack, you can book as many classes or sessions online as you like, as long as you have current credit for the classes/sessions you want to book.

    If you need more credits to book your chosen class or session, you can buy a new pass or a top up online at the same time as you book your class.

    If you have insufficient credit at the time you attend your class, you will need to pay at that time.

    24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your session or class. You can reschedule your own classes or sessions online or through the app.  Alternatively, you can email focused@wellcentred.com.au or leave a voicemail at least 24 hours before the booked class.

    When you book your place in class, we’ll hold that place for you.

    As we may need to turn away other clients from the time slot, it’s important that you only book for classes or sessions you can definitely attend.

    If you don’t make it to a class, private or studio session you’ve booked for, your class/session credit will still be deducted, just as if you’d attended the class/session (unless you cancel more than 24 hours before, of course).

    Just login in the top right corner of the screen, and go to the ‘My info’ Tab.

    Then go to ‘My Schedule’ to look at all your scheduled classes and appointments. You can also cancel and reschedule your classes/sessions from this screen.

    If you use the MindBody app, it also lists your upcoming appointments.

    Yes! If a class is fully booked, you can waitlist a place for yourself.

    You will need to login to the browser version of MindBody

    • Go to Book Private and Studio sessions, select Studio sessions
    • Go down to “With Whom” and select  your preferred instructor
    • Go to “when” and choose the specific date and time you want
    • Hit “search”
    • It will say there are no available times in your range, but there is a “Waitlist” button at the top on that page – hit that, and it will add you to the waitlist (and your schedule will show it).

    If a place becomes available in the class and you’re next on the waitlist, you’ll automatically be added to the class. At this time a credit will be deducted from your account, and we’ll send you an email, to the email address you have registered in your profile, to let you know you’re booked into the class.

    You can also email focused@wellcentred.com.au to indicate you’d like to join a waiting list.

    When you put yourself on the waitlist for a class, you “provisionally” book yourself into that class, so if you get onto the class list, and you miss the class, it’s just as if you booked a place in the class and don’t show.
