Wellcentred Pilates Studio provides tailored Pilates programs designed to address your unique combination of physical conditions, movement habits and what you do at work and at play.
We provide private and semi-private (maximum of 3 clients) sessions targeted at your specific needs and goals.
We work with you to give you tools to get the best out of your body to allow you to live your life to the fullest.
We work with people of all ages, fitness levels, recreational passions, elite athletes, artists, tradespeople, expectant mothers and any degree of injury or chronic condition.
Your session may well change over time as you master the technique, recover from injury or bring a new challenge for us to help you resolve.
Each session will adapt to how you feel on the day – sometimes gentle and relaxing, sometimes creative and challenging. You decide.
Your Pilates session is based on solid medical science and on the unique personal skills and training of each of our individual instructors. Your instructors at Wellcentred have been trained by experts across the spectrum of Pilates, giving you the broadest perspective of the insights of the technique.
