So our booking system can be as fair as possible to everyone, we’ve put in place a few simple “courtesies” (aka rules). We’ll consider it a kindness if you will abide by them:
You can use Wellcentred Online Booking system to book your classes or studio sessions in advance to ensure your spot is reserved for you.
If you’re on a class pack, you can book as many classes online as you like, as long as you have current credit for the classes you want to book. If you need more credits to book your chosen class, you can top up online at the same time as you book your class, by purchasing more.
Fitness Studio Classes: You can book your classes up to 2 weeks in advance of the class start date. Some classes fill more quickly than others, so it’s a good idea to keep your eye on the bookings for each class, and book as far in advance as you can, to secure your place.
Studio Pilates sessions and any other private sessions: You can book up to the end of the calendar year, as long as you have credit or the appropriate current direct debit.
When you book your session, 1 class credit will automatically be deducted from your pack (if you have one).
If you’re on a direct debit for studio sessions, of course there’s no extra charge when you book your session, which will simply be deducted from your monthly pack.
For all Fitness Studio Classes: For all Fitness Studio Classes, you can cancel your booking online up to 4 hours before the scheduled class start time. (Just login and go to the ‘My Info’ tab, where you can view, and cancel your upcoming booked class). When you cancel your booking, your class credit will be refunded automatically. The 4 hour cancellation limit allows us to offer your spot to another Wellcentred client.
For Studio Pilates, and any other private sessions: For Studio and any other individual sessions, we require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your session. You can reschedule your own sessions online (Just login and go to the ‘My Info’ tab, where you can view, and cancel your upcoming booked sessions).
When you book your place in class, we’ll hold that place for you, and potentially turn away other clients from the class, so out of respect for others, it’s important that you only book for classes you can definitely attend. So when you miss a class that you’ve booked for, there are… gulp… consequences.
If you don’t make it to a class you’ve booked for, your class credit will still be deducted, just as if you’d attended the class (unless you cancel more than 4 hours before the class of course).
Just login in the top right corner of the screen, and go to the ‘My info’ Tab, then go to ‘My Schedule’ to look at all your scheduled classes and appointments. You can also cancel and reschedule your classes from this screen.
Yes! If a class is fully booked, you can waitlist a place for yourself. If a place becomes available in the class and you’re next on the waitlist, you’ll automatically be added to the class. At this time a credit will be deducted from your account, and we’ll send you an email, to the email address you have registered in your profile, to let you know you’re booked into the class. Yay!
*Note that due to a “loveable idiosyncrasy” of our booking system, when you’re added to the class off the waitlist, your schedule will display as “added from waitlist unconfirmed”. This is balderdash – you’re Totally Rock Solidly Confirmed so disregard the “unconfirmed” bit.
Hmmm… When you put yourself on the waitlist for a class, you “provisionally” book yourself into that class, so if you get onto the class list, and you miss the class, it’s just as if you booked a place in the class and don’t show.
