Our Focused Studio offers individualised programs to help you prevent or manage injury, alleviate back and neck pain and assist with rehabilitation from chronic diseases. We also offer specialised prenatal and postnatal Pilates programs. The Initial Assessment Pack is the entry point to Wellcentred Focused, and is designed to empower you with specific knowledge about your body and sets the foundation for creating your individual program. NOTE: Focused Sessions are recognized by major Health Funds.
Lose weight, tone up and feel energised at our Fitness Studio, located at 150 Pacific Hwy, North Sydney (next to the RTA) which offers North Sydney’s only true alternative to uninspiring, large gym chains. Wellcentred Fitness Studio is North Sydney’s home of Small Group Pilates Reformer classes. We only offer classes that are: FUN – Booty Barre, Barre Hopping The Introductory Group Class Pass is the entry point to Wellcentred Fitness, and is designed to give you 7 consecutive days to try out as many group fitness classes as you wish.
